Programs
Wilmington Head Start, Inc. is a free preschool program that provides services to both the child and the family. Our core program is tailored to meet the needs of children ages 3-5. The program includes but are not limited to literacy and social skills for the children as well as parental involvement and educational opportunities for the parents.
Monthly Menu
Each month the breakfast and lunch menu is sent home. Please look at it with your child and discuss what is going to be served. Encourage your child to try new foods (in the classrooms, we call them Try bites). Parents are welcome to participate in menu planning, please talk to your Family Service Advocate.
